Presuming it was at Cheltenham, a placed charger should have returned at 2-1. In this example you should have got ВЈ1.50 back. This is a ВЈ1 on this account that the place + your 50p back.

Assuming that the breed paid three places at 1/4 superiority then yes it's right.The ordinary return would be ВЈ1.50 bound ВЈ1 of that would be your put at hazard and that usually isn't returned with free bets so you just be obliged the 50p profit from the stake. By the way not all of the races paid 1/4 disparity for a place at Cheltenham no more than some bookies paid that as ~y offer .Officially only handicap races pay 1/4 odds and lots of the Cheltenham races are dispose races so would only pay a fifth supposing that not it was a special offer .You wouldn't have anything back from the 50p e/w pledge at 7/2 as the return would be 94p which is less than the stake.In theory you be indebted to them 6p!
